Researchers are looking into WA’s potential to produce tropical rock oysters in an effort to diversify the state’s aquaculture industry, and generate jobs.
The team has successfully bred Black Lip Rock Oysters taken from the Kimberley at a hatchery, marking their first major milestone in the research project.
